Uplifting Our Partners In Mission

We are taking a moment to shine a spotlight on a few of our fellow 501(c) organizations. Our individual impacts have the opportunity to be immense when we support one another.

Lancaster County Field of Hope

Lancaster County Field of Hope is an organization we are proud to call one of our partners in mission. Its goal is to provide peace to local families burdened by unexpected medical expenses due to illness or accident. The founders, Carol and Pete Heth, attended a for-profit dinner event and thought, “Why can’t we do something like this in the field on our farm to help people?” Over the years, Lancaster County Field of Hope and their committed volunteers have given over $400,000 to 38 families in duress. Join Lancaster County Field of Hope for their Annual Benefit Dinner to support the cause.

Jeff Musser Foundation

Their mission is simple: provide financial support to families with children battling cancer in the Lancaster, PA, region. For over 20 years, the Jeff Musser Foundation has covered unexpected expenses for families navigating pediatric cancer. From medical costs to home repairs to missed bills and so much more, the Jeff Musser Foundation has helped to carry recipients’ financial burdens so that they can focus on the thing that matters most: supporting their child. The Jeff Musser Foundation was started when Jeff himself was battling leukemia. His friends and family came together to raise funds for his treatment. “Fortunately… I didn’t need the money, and this is how the foundation got started.” Says Jeff. Finding a new way to use the money his loved ones had raised led to the foundation’s creation in 2002. “The hardest thing for me was to watch children and their families going through the same thing as I.” Since then, the Jeff Musser Foundation has provided over 2.6 million dollars in assistance to families in need. You can visit their website to learn more about the foundation and upcoming events.

Together, we stand as a united front, weaving a safety net of support for families facing life-threatening illnesses. The unwavering generosity of the Lancaster community and beyond fuels our missions. Witnessing the strength and resilience of these families and knowing we play a role in easing their burden brings us our greatest joy. It is safe to say that on behalf of all of our Partners in Mission, it is a privilege to be a beacon of hope in their times of greatest need.
